accuracy

Our verdicts are statistical readings of user reports and public social signals — not official statements by the services we track, and not guarantees. A service may be down without us showing it, or shown as down while working for you. Never rely on this site as the sole basis for decisions with financial, legal, or safety consequences.

your submissions

Reports and comments you submit may be stored, aggregated, displayed, and included in permanent incident records. Don't submit false reports or unlawful content; we may remove content and block abusive sources.

using our data

You may cite our data and republish chart screenshots with attribution, as described on the press & citations page. Don't scrape the site at volumes that degrade it for others, and don't misrepresent our data as an official statement of any tracked service.
